4. Scope of application

These terms and conditions apply to the entire site and to transactions carried out on the online store. Any use of the site implies full acceptance of these CGU-CGV.

5. Products and orders

The products offered are rare objects, in particular meteorites, natural stones or derived objects.
Each product sheet includes a description that is as precise as possible. However, variations in size, shape or color may occur.

Orders are placed exclusively online. Acceptance of the order is evidenced by full payment.

6. Prices and payment terms

Prices are in euros, VAT not applicable according to article 293 B of the CGI.
Accepted means of payment: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer.
Payment is due at the time of order. No order will be shipped without effective receipt of payment.

7. Delivery

No compensation will be paid for late arrivals, except in the case of serious misconduct.

8. Withdrawal and returns

Legal cooling-off period: 14 working days from receipt.

The customer may exercise this right by sending an e-mail to acheter.meteorites@gmail.com.
Products must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Not eligible for reimbursement:

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return.
