SH2-101, as it’s less poetically named, is a nebula in emission in the majestic constellation of the Swan. Imaged here in SHO (also sometimes called Hubble Palette or false color), it took me a little over 11h of exposure to get anything out of it.

I’m not very happy with the rendering because the processing was a disaster that required hours of discussions with other astrophotographers.

The result is the most drinkable of all my tests.
