A Mars meteorite watch lets you wear a fragment of another planet on your wrist. Our models carry fragments of Amgala 001 on their dial. Searchers recovered this Martian meteorite in late 2022 in the Western Sahara. The Meteoritical Society then registered it under this name.

On the Space Rocks wooden watch, several fragments of Amgala 001 occupy a light wooden dial. The glass covers them and protects them. Thus, a material from another planet becomes an everyday object. Each fragment also remains unique: the layout and reflections vary from one watch to another.
Amgala 001 is a shergottite. In other words, it is a volcanic rock that formed on Mars. First, an impact threw it into space. Then it ended up falling to Earth.
For a rock to leave Mars, it takes a fairly violent impact. This impact must throw it beyond the pull of the planet. The rock must then cross the orbit of Earth and pass through the atmosphere. Finally, someone must find it and then identify it. As a result, only a few hundred Martian meteorites appear in the world inventories. Some of them also contain gas bubbles. Their composition matches the Martian atmosphere, which the Viking probes measured in 1976. That is how scientists proved their origin.
You can also wear Amgala 001 as Martian meteorite jewelry. All our other watches appear in the meteorite watches category.
Yes: fragments of Amgala 001, a meteorite that the Meteoritical Society classifies as Martian. Besides, the certificate states this name.
No, because the glass of the dial protects them. Only the case and the wooden strap need the usual precautions.
