Solar corona wall art with Aletai and NWA 14093 meteorites – deep box frame

This solar corona wall art pairs an astrophotograph with two genuine meteorite fragments: Aletai and NWA 14093. The deep black box frame adds depth: the photo and the meteorites seem to float behind the glass, like in a museum display case. It is therefore a one-of-a-kind piece, both decorative and scientific.

What the photo shows

In the centre, the solar corona appears at totality, when the Moon fully hides the Sun. Around it, the crescents trace the partial phases of the eclipse, before and after that brief moment. To go further, our page on the Moon also tells you more.
